  1505 Cranberry
White Wine Vinegar-- 
  Berries soaking in vinegar before
 jaring with some berries and a sprig
 of Rosemary in each jar.  Good
on all lettuce and fruit  salads.  Make
 a simple vinaigrette  with Cranberry 
vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to 
taste.  Can add crumbled blue cheese
 for a different flavor!

1507 Basil, Garlic Red Wine Vinegar
Rich with basil flavor - use in meat marinades, soups and sauces. Add to a
basic cream sauce and serve over
